When you call down to IT for a bit of friendly service you’d better not be wasting their time, because according to office legend they’ve got the whole internet down there with them!

The first question they’ll generally ask you is “have you tried turning it off and on again?”, and if you make it past that point they’ll proceed to ask you “are you sure it’s plugged in?” and “have you turned on the monitor?”

Make it past these all important questions and you’ll begin to see just what kind of characters you’re dealing with on the other end of the line!
