Constantly wnderestimated because of their size and the fact that they like to stay aloft, the agile pteranodon is a valuable asset in battle because she can swoop in and rain down beams from above.
When she's called to action from her volcano aerie she swoops in with a screech and delivers an unexpected blast to the bad guys, and when she joins her fellow rangers and morphs into the Daizyujin form she becomes the heart of the mighty mecha.
Don't count pink out, for when the pteranodon takes flight no bad guy big or small is safe!
